1. Can I change the name on my customized gift card if I spelled it incorrectly?

    Yes, You just need to get in touch with our customer service team and we will happily assist you with correcting your order. However, if you realize once your order has already been shipped to you, we ask that you treat it like an exchange.  

 

2. What is the maximum words I can put on my card?

    We ask that you have no more than 20 words.  

 

3. What materials are your designs made with?

    All of our cards are made from wood and dry flower!

1. Can I change the name on my customized jewelry if I spelled it incorrectly?

    Yes.  You just need to get in touch with our customer service team and we will happily assist you with correcting your order. However, if you realize once your order has already been shipped to you, we ask that you treat it like an exchange.  

 

2. What is the maximum number of letters I can put on my jewelry?

    We ask that you have no more than 2 letters.  

 

3. Can I get special characters (!, @, #, $, %, etc.) on my customized jewelry?

    Unfortunately, we can not use special characters.

 

4. What materials are your designs made with?

    All of our jewels are made from 14k gold plated brass, wood and acrylic! 

 

  Jewelry Care

 

1. Can my necklace get wet?

    All of our jewels are made using gold plated brass, wood and acrylic so we recommend avoiding anything wet such as water, perfume or lotion. Contact with anything wet may cause discoloration or tarnishing.

 

2. If my item becomes damaged, can I get it replaced?

    Yes. We will happily send you a new one, please email cloverlovedesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged piece.

 

3. What is your replacement policy?

    We have a 30 day replacement policy starting from the day it was delivered. We will replace any broken. Please email cloverlovedesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the piece that is broken.
