1. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do ship internationally.      

 

  *Please note that duties and taxes are NOT included in the international shipping cost

 

2. How many days does it take to get my order? (International)

    Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 5-7 business days for shipping. 

 

    Please note that if you place a custom order it can take up to 2-4 weeks to prepare your order as each piece is handmade just for you! 

 

    * International shipping can take up to 30 days and our shipping fees do not include any duties or taxes

 

 

3. Who do I contact if I haven’t received my order even though my tracking information says it was  delivered?

 

    We ship our items to you via Hong Kong Post/UPS.  If there seems to be a problem with your order being delivered to you or you think it’s lost, Hong Kong Post/UPS is your first line of contact.  

 

4. USPS lost my package. Can I get my item replaced?

    Yes.  In the event that Hong Kong Post/UPS misplaces or loses your order, we are happy to send a replacement.

1. What is your return policy?

    Need to return or exchange your order? No matter the reason, we’re here to help you. We offer our angels returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date!

3. What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

    We’re so sorry, but don’t worry! We’re here to help. Please email us at cloverlovedesign@gmail.com  and provide your order number and zip code.

 

4. How long does it take to get my money back after a refund?

    Your refund should be back in your account within 2-4 business days. If you have any issues or questions, please email us at  cloverlovedesign@gmail.com.
